Though I was disappointed in fords unwillingness to provide a service that they should be responsible for as a company, Jon and the Fred Beans dealership did their best to help me out and I appreciate that.

First: All people involved were professional and friendly, and treated me well. However, the procedure for picking up and dropping off a loaner was long and inconvenient, and involved unnecessary exposure to multiple people and surfaces. And when picking up my car, I would have gladly walked to my car to avoid one more person sitting in it and touching surfaces. At the service desk for Subaru, staff should all have good masks (not, for example, a thin bandanna, which is known to be ineffective at blocking droplets, even when folded, and also not a mask that continually slips down and sits below the nose). Hand sanitizer at the service desk would also be helpful as customers have to handle the door to enter.
