The cabin filter has nothing to do with an oil change and tire rotation. I wasn't born yesterday. That filter didn't get that dirty in that short of milage. NO ONE AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO TOUCH THE CABIN FILTER.
I took my car there because one heat vent was not working and my check active air flat system light came on twice in one week they called me to pick up my car nothing is wrong with it in one day. I was not happy with the response that I received they want it my husband which Aunt is on auto business to come down and show them what was wrong with the vehicle so unprofessional I have been coming there since action Hyundai and since it switched over I see a change in attitude to the customer. Also I did not like that they did not wear their mask the way they were supposed to I am a cancer survivor you could see his nose out in his mouth while he was speaking with me and when no one was in their office they took the mask off. Also they did not give me any per paperwork they said there was no Paperwork for me to take my vehicle I said I’m not leaving without any paperwork but when I spoke to John on the phone in the morning he said my car can’t be fixed there’s nothing wrong with it come get it so how could there not be any paperwork then I had to walk instead of them bringing up my car through the parking lot to get my vehicle which has never happened to me before and all the years I’ve been coming there I was not happy with the situation at all I reported it to Hyundai customer service USA.

To times that I have had my cars service, I have been very pleased with the service from making the appointment to finishing the job.
No need to contact me. My scheduled appt was unavailable when I arrived. I noted when scheduling I would wait for vehicle. Dealership was busy that day or unexpectedly so. Service tep was honest about the work load an asked if I could reschedule. I get 1 day off a week amd I had no choice but to reschedule later in the day. All services completed and I got a discount. Service dept handles the timing issue professionally and he was upfront honest. I appreciated that. Kinda rare these days. Definitely continue to bring all my vehicles to Fred ****.

I had trouble with the volume control on my steering wheel. I made an appointment with the Fred beans dealership And it was fixed within a week. This was due to driving in getting the problem diagnosed, ordering parts and the car repaired. I am very pleased with the work fees beans has done.
