On a side note I was a bit concerned with the set up related to the virus. The yellow lines all over the floor weren’t clear. They sell the 6 feet decals on Amazon they would make it so much clearer. Also the masking .. some people were masked but many were not . I think you should revisit your systems to make all your customers comfortable.
I had an issue with my vehicle radio which was not resolved. After being told by one of the service team that I would be notified that same day about this issue, I am still waiting. The following day I followed up with the service manager about this issue and am still waiting for that reply.

Please consider removing all latex gloves from your facility as a courtesy to your customers who have severe latex allergies. There are many other types of gloves that could be considered for your customer safety.
