My car was never taken for oil change service for 65 minutes while I sat and waited. What is the point of having an appointment? He never communicated any problems to me, until I asked.

I schedule appointment for car inspection and key made over 3 weeks from the time I came I got to the dealership and the service man told me he couldn’t give me a key because he didn’t have it in stock. I am and I was very upset I said to the man I don’t understand if y’all knew I was coming for a key how come y’all didn’t order the key so when I came y’all could made my key. He said he didn’t know very upset
