I scheduled an appointment for 100,000 mile service. Dropped car off Friday night and the receptionist recorded my phone number wrong. No one could contact me and because of closing at 3 on a Saturday and no hours Sunday, I was without a car for 3 days. My employment requires use of my vehicle and I lost 3 days of work.
All because she didn't record the number and confirm my information.
Christine and Michelle took great care of me and my car. I appreciate the level of attention and care they provide each time I visit the service department :)

We brought in the car two weeks ago. Car was in shop for a week while we were on vacation. Came in to get the car, both service guys at desk said they had no recollection of my car and were rude to me and the lady who was at the front desk. After receiving the paperwork and the sweet lady trying to explain what happened to my car, I asked again to speak to the service representative and calling him out by name (Chris), he finally remembered my car and situation. Fast forward a week later, car is dead with same problem call dealership and ask for a tow, Matt said we don't tow. Get Nissan roadside to tow, Chris calls me and said who has serviced this vehicle its been tampered with.... we purchased the vehicle from O'NEILL only place that has serviced it is Fred Beans since we've owned it. Hopefully fixed this time, but will be taking the car back to Warminstwr after two bad experiences at Fred Beans.

I purchased VW Golf GTI only two weeks ago. And within a week I have a slow leaking flat in one of the tires. I wonder if that car was sold to me with the slow leak (possibly dealer thinking the tire was just low on air when brought for delivery). We'll never know, but considering it was in dealer's possession far longer than mine, the odds seem far greater this occurred on their watch. It is not a very good feeling to pay $210 for a tire used for driving less than 100 miles after spending $27,000 for a new car.
