Cory had my service done quickly and notified me immediately. He reinforced the fact that my car is in good shape (I take good care of it, just didn’t have the time to do the oil change and tire rotation myself this time.) He also accommodated my schedule for pickup, as I could not make it back to the dealership the same day. All in all good service for a good price.
It appears that the rattling problem was fixed. There was good communication throughout this service process from Matt.

Long story short, my appointment was messed up a bit. A miss communication and as always he rose to the occasion. Got my wife a rental and finished our car a day early. When the other option was waiting more than a week and to have my wife miss another half day from work. That would not be acceptable, Mark as always did what he could and was a life saver. My family really believe that Mark and Jessie go well beyond on customer service! Thank you guys....
