Was told it would be 90-120 mins. Was almost 4 hours. I chose to wait based on the earlier time commited.

Complimentary car wash was not completed when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle.
I requested that they check the engine because I feel as though the engine it's not working properly I drove A lender car and the performance was outstanding versus my car I will be calling tomorrow to address the situation because I feel as though they did not not written on my paper
I think that Fred Ben’s should have a complementary car wash. I am not sure if the COVID19 prevents that from being a reality but it is needed.
Truck has some issues coming up next day. Service try’s fix it but problems come back again. Second month they waiting parts to fix it. Front collision camera goin crazy sending massage every 5-10 min very annoying. Back up camera working just couple days in week.
This is my 4th F250, I’m very happy with all my previous trucks, but this one so far not what I expected.

Worst communciati I'll n ever, and attitude given when I questioned the lack of communication. I had to call EVERYTIME The first two days to find out what was happening with my vehicle. When I asked why, i was given nothing but attitude and smart aleck answers. And i have the texts messages to prove what i am saying with the attitude.
Mark was very thorough and persistent when it came to taking the time to duplicate the issue I was having. Great service!
