The service I received was exceptional. Jesse was efficient and personable as was Minh Luong.
How in God's great name can I be satisfied? I was told to come get my car LAST Wednesday, that they were NOT going to work on it. Then I receive these texts today. I am not amused! I will NEVER be back, unless Mr.**** would like to talk about this.

Charles did a fantastic job, servicing my car with an oil change, tire rotation. The was ready when told. He also took the time to identify what the car needs next visit for the $30,000 mile check up which I will schedule. He is a valued member of your service team.
The work i requested was not performed. The service manager was unaware it was not complete when i picked up my jeep. he had left when i came back in to complain it was not done and there has been on follow-up in three days to my complaint.

it wasn't a good beginning to the appointment even though I had a confirmed email and text message for my appointment when I got there my name is not on the appointment list. And picking up my truck was not informed of the fan was not fixed so I headed to the dealer to find out why and that's what the service manager and he went out of his way to make sure and my truck will be fixed I appreciate that a lot
