Though it took much longer than expected ( 2 full days) for a 45,000 mile check up and new brakes, tires and a recall, they provided a loner car so I did not have a transportation issue. Teresa was very pleasant and helpful.

Always been fast courteous and affordable
I came to get inspection but was told I needed to wait until next month because I wanted to be emissions exempt. It was not 12 months since last inspection. I also could not use the coupon e-mailed to me the day b4 because I did not print it out?
By the way, I did not speak or communicate with Mark Rio. I think I know his scowling face. Does he ever smile? So, just another disappointing service at Fred Beans Subaru. By the way, I bought a car while I was there in spite of the service department.
