Charles did and is doing a good job. The mechanic broke the air intake on my vehicle and did not tell anyone. I found that and the fact that several brackets were left unattached and hanging. If I had driven off and driven in rain there is a high chance water would have gotten into my engine. I have lost almost all trust in the dealership due to this incident.

The whole process was a nightmare from the beginning over a month ago to now getting it back and the quality of work was horrible. Obviously no one even looked at the truck before I came to pick it up. Will never come back to this dealership again

I don’t know how Jesse manages it all so well, but I’m glad he does. He got the parts ahead of schedule. Car ready ahead of schedule. Acts as if each customer is his only customer when he clearly has a lot on his plate.
