I thought with an 8:appointment I would Have gotten in sooner & finish sooner.Maybe the 1/2 hr. install given was on my mind. Like the improvements your doing to the dealership, wow. The work was excellent. Parts treated me excellent as did both service men. Walking to 7-11 for coffee help to eat up some of that time. TWP should complete that short section of drainage to a sidewalk, to the south of the property for a safer passage. phil stercula. philstercula@aol .com

Very professional, quick, personal and caring. I was there waiting with my baby and Jesse made sure my car was getting serviced as soon as possible and he spoke with my husband and even checked in on me. Great service all around!

The issue wasn't found at time of service which is ok. Since service was completed I figured out what the problem was and called the dealership and left a message twice with no return call which is not ok

Service was great - Jesse was great. No complaints about how he treated me as a customer. However on my way home from picking my car up for an oil change, the oil light came back on. I’m going to call tomorrow to see how to reset it.

Things went okay until the end with the cashier, who was rude. It was bad enough that I won’t be returning. I have been going to Kelly Nissan in Easton for several years and have been so happy with their service that they were the main reason I was considering buying another Nissan. Just moved to the Doylestown area a couple of weeks ago, and really disappointed with what happened today. As I won’t return to your dealership, I likely won’t buy another Nissan either as I cannot drive to Easton for servicing.

Sara Frister is an excellent example of customer service. She was dedicated in treating me with the best of service. Even though I did not have an appointment she went above and beyond in making sure I was happy. Because of the experience I had at Fred Beans.I decided to make them my service and maintenance provider for my new car. Kudos Sara for a job well done.
