Sara should absolutely be given a raise! She was so wonderful to work with and made what could have been a stressful situation a pretty pleasant one! My Jetta is running just fine and the Atlas I drove around in the meantime was amazing! Great experience!
The shuttle driver was really nice and professional and a good driver, but had to multi-task while driving, answering calls and assigning calls to other drivers. There were no incidents, but this distracted driving made me a little nervous.

Symptoms for service were P04DB CEL and coolant leak
EGR cooler/system replaced and crankcase vent sensor replaced. Pickup around noon. Ask specifically if there was contamination in coolant or oil, or if any chance it could be a head gasket issue and was told "no".
Ten minutes after pickup (around 1pm), P04DB CEL comes back on. Return to shop, SA says it was just a bent pin in the sensor.
30 minutes after second trip to shop (around 2 pm), P04DB CEL comes back on again. SA advises that likely can't look at it *again* same-day. Ask for a loaner and was told that only can be given loaner for duration of repair (I'm out of town for one week) since that's all that FCA covers. So if car is ready ahead of me returning, I'm on the hook for loaner charges. Even though the dealership didn't perform the initial repair and I've spent over 5 hours commuting back and forth on the issue.
Also, coolant level appears to have dropped and strong smell of coolant burning when I got home, so the leak may not also be diagnosed correctly.
So, FB has had my truck for 10 days, I've spent fuel and time commuting for a total of five hours, and I'm no better off than when I came in the door, while FB doesn't think a couple of extra days providing a loaner is a cost worth incurring to mitigate the impact to the customer.

No need to contact. Upset over lack of adequate pickup shuttle service, poor listening, and condescension.
Not only did they perform the service I requested but also completed a recall item that I was unaware of.
I bought the car a year ago. I was supposed to get a $50 visa GC.
I told the salesperson multiple times to zero avail. We pre-purchased the scheduled maintenance program. I brought the car in and was told we hadn’t. My husband emailed Colin multiple times and ultimately was told yes we had indeed ore purchased the maintenance plan. Today my husband took the car in again to receive additional guff. (BTW still no gift card well over a year after leasing this). Ultimately they recognized we had indeed prepurchased the maintenance plan!!!
Still no Gift Card.
BTW only two days ago a friend asked me if Id recommend Fred Beans for the exact car. I told her the jury is out...

When more things were wrong with my car, he offered me a loaner. I had a hard time installing the car seat I needed due to the headrests not being able to go up and down. Unfortunately I had to use the middle seat.
Charles was very helpful, prompt, and kept me informed throughout the appt. He provided a thorough explanation for my next visit and excellent customer service.
