Fred Beans at Westchester best service center ever. When I call for an appointment, they were able to give me a very early quick appointment for a Wednesday. Unfortunately, I had a window problem. They move me up to the very first Saturday. . When I called and spoke to Patty and Kim they worked with the team and got Parts involved Dave. The manager has always been there for me. Pink return my calls and made sure that a possible window regulator for the left front door. Maybe need it. He pre-ordered it and make sure parts were available. . When I spoke to Jay. The service advisor with his high expertise and experience applied and put everything into work. For my vehicles repairs to be seamless that day. . Donnie excellent technician As a certified check myself. I have to tell you that when I bring my vehicle in with him and Kevin on it. I don't even have to go over the work. It's done as if I did it myself. They are true professionals. Thank you all. Jack Enright made a visit multiple times to the service lounge area making sure clients were comfortable and happy with their services. He keeps the team together with the highest professionalism in the business today. On Parallel to what I've seen in this service area. Of this business. They do a fabulous job. I recommend to buy a vehicle and service there. .

Theresa was great as is your sales and finance Dept specifically Salhan Ravinxer and finance person Kat. I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty because it covers de t dings and I work retail parking lot dings are common no matter where it's parked. Car dinged I call service service manager Jay says not covered called Salhan he got it done but I picked up my car finally found it behind the building had plastic and other garbage in it get in and I can't see left or right and impaired right side windshield as the wiperand fluid dont do good job on that side. I texted Theresa she asked I bring the car in to clean it up but I haven't time til maybe Tues which I can't schedule yet due to my schedule. They checked the windows as I reported it always sounds as tho windows are open they sprayed something washer fluid has yet to remove, it needs to go thru a car wash which I'm not sure I can get to so I'm hoping for rain. The junk on the windows is hard to see thru when headlights catch it really fun when trying to turn. I'll take it in if I can but that was not a positive experience compared to the buying experience with Salhan and Kat no one knew the kicks was made so cheaply that it sounds as tho I'm driving with an open window

This is my first Subaru. I was talked into it by my spouse. I can Only compare the Subaru service department with that of Toyota. The car I traded in at your dealership is a 2004 Toyota with 295,000 miles on it. I credit that success with their service department. Two or three years after I had bought the Toyota Highlander, I asked to speak with a manager and explain to him that I was a local person and that I was a very loyal customer having all of my service being done there at the Toyota service department. The reason I had asked to talk to the manager, was that there was a coupon available on their website but because I did not download print it out and bring it to the service department they were giving me the 5% off the service. The purpose of the coupons is to incentivize people to come in and use their service department. I was a loyal customer and always. Therefore, I would like to have any coupons or specials be automatically applied to my bill. A similar situation happened at the previous Subaru service I had done. Because I didn’t visit the Subaru website and download their leaders 5% discount I was not afforded the opportunity to have it removed from my bill. I’m a 55-year-old man, a veteran, a teacher, Community activists, a local, and a loyal customer who will have all of my service done Fred **** Subers. I’m simply asking be offered any and all applicable discounts on servicing without having to go through the mundane processes of searching, downloading and or printing “ Incentivizing” maneuvers.
