Problem with my car was taken care of quickly. Greatly appreciated.
Vehicle seems to be fixed appropriately. However, immediately at vehicle pickup I noticed a large stain on the passenger side floor mat. A stain that was not present when my husband dropped off the car. As I discussed this stain with one of the service managers, I overheard another service manager make comments insinuating that I was lying about the stain and that they will “need to start taking before pictures of interiors of cars”. I felt insulted and I feel unvalued as a customer. In the end, the rug was cleaned and I went on my way, but with significant loss of customer satisfaction.

This was my first service experience with Fred Beans. I have always driven Volkswagens. Originally, I was a Holbert’s customer and once they were no longer VW I have been buying, leasing, and servicing with North Penn. I was never excited about my experiences there, but I had no idea how good of an experience I could’ve been having all this time! I will be using Fred Beans for all 3 of my VWs moving forward and for any future purchases. Jack Case was fantastic to work with, the definition of above and beyond. I thought true customer service was dead, I was wrong. Thank you so much!
