I didn't appreciate calling last Monday and being told they had to take my number to call back to make a service appointment. 48 hours later I called again cuz I received no call back. Also today I used to shuttle service and asked through the text message sent to me for a ride with no answer and I had to call. Also with the option to pay over my phone did not show me a receipt just a dollar amount.
Sara really did a great job communicating on vehicle status and getting work done correctly. Great customer service!!

Even though I was expecting to wait for my car, I learned that it was going to take too long and was provided with a rental. Everything was fit into my time schedule and I received good care and consideration above and beyond the call of duty!

At this point. I would have to say you’ve lost my business. We were actually thinking of purchasing another new vehicle from ****’s. But the experience with your service department kinda rules out even considering Fred Beans.

I requested a car wash. The rear window was filthy. I’m not sure why the car wasn’t washed. I requested it when I set up the appointment and also left a written note on the passenger front seat.
Everything else was satisfactory.
