I didn't appreciate calling last Monday and being told they had to take my number to call back to make a service appointment. 48 hours later I called again cuz I received no call back. Also today I used to shuttle service and asked through the text message sent to me for a ride with no answer and I had to call. Also with the option to pay over my phone did not show me a receipt just a dollar amount.

Even though I was expecting to wait for my car, I learned that it was going to take too long and was provided with a rental. Everything was fit into my time schedule and I received good care and consideration above and beyond the call of duty!

At this point. I would have to say you’ve lost my business. We were actually thinking of purchasing another new vehicle from ****’s. But the experience with your service department kinda rules out even considering Fred Beans.

Thank you for helping me with the issue with my vehicle. Joseph explained what was found (which was what I expected; a shortcut repair done at another VW dealership) while being friendly and helpful. I requested a car wash. The rear window was filthy. I’m not sure why the car wasn’t washed. I requested it when I set up the appointment and also left a written note on the passenger front seat. Everything else was satisfactory.
