The service is consistently excellent and professional.
It took 56 days to fix a problem created by a recall update. I was told a different delivery date 3 times for a new radio and it took 35 days to tell me that there were no radios to be sent. Lack of communications was the biggest problem
I had to return my car as I pulled my door handle and it came off in my hands. My husband found the lock on the floor of the garage. Not great! I have returned my car at the night drop and have left a voicemail with the service manager.
