Service dept has been good to me the last 3 years I been coming there . I bought my 2016 Kia soul from Turner Kia and they gave me a bad experience , so I choose Fred beans Kia for ally service needs .

Jay was very accommodating today with my request for a Quick Lane oil change and tire rotation.
Actually I was not pleased that the part was not available when I arrived. They had two weeks to get the part. But I had to wait until they went to another dealership to get the part. I had to wait an additional hour. I drove 35 minutes to get to the appointment. They never called to tell me they didn’t have the part yet.
Jessie was very helpful and the service department did all work in a very timely manor.
I think the shuttle driver was either having a stressful day or could use some tips on being courteous.

The service advisor needs to do a better job of keeping in contact with the clients. I attempted several times to call my service advisor and left both voicemail and email. Finally after 5 o'clock I called Fred beans, West Chester to see if my vehicle was ready for pickup. This was necessary because my service advisor had not called me before leaving work to give me a status on my vehicle. The gentlewoman at Fred beans, West Chester contacted my service advisor and called me back promptly to inform me that Fred beans, West Chester was still waiting for parts to complete my vehicle service. I do not understand why the service advisor could not have informed me of this during the day and at the very least, before leaving work for the day. As you know most of your clients depend on their vehicles for their daily living. Please address this with your service writers and please have them stop using email to connect with your clients. I make this request about the emails because they are never informative, never give you the status of the vehicle. Never give you the price of the repair and never tell you when the vehicle will be ready for pickup. It is also necessary for the emails to be timely. Both times I received an email at approximately 11 o'clock in the morning including the day the service advisor left without telling me the status of the work, or the cost to repair my vehicle.

Service representatives had an attitude about everything and refused to use the discount coupon I provided when I arrived.
Richard was great and helped me out even though I did not have an appointment.

I am usually satisfied with my car service. However I had to call to see where my car was at. The service time was not provided correctly. Also I wish that I was told I was going to be charged around 1000 dollars rather than not

When someone waits for their car you need to stop sending messages that the car is ready for pick up is all. Just an FYI.
