Charles was very professional and helpful
The man that checked us in was slow. He took forever to process us in. Told me it would be 45 minutes and then after an hour and half when I checked on the car, he said he was processing it and would take another 5 minutes. I had to go up again and then he told me to go to cashier but it was free anyway because it was my first service and the paper he brought to cashier said it was free. He didn't understand how FordPass worked and looked completely baffled at his computer screen. He never offered us coffee or juice. I take my son's car to to Toyota in Doylestown and they have juice, snacks, individual coffees and stations to sit with computer while waiting. Your waiting room had nothing except some water bottles that weren't offered and a bunch of bored sales people sitting around not doing anything. The service people should be knowledgeable. And he should have checked the receipt to see no charge before dragging me to the register who said it says no charge. I called before I came and he couldn't answer a question about Fordpass and wouldn't look it up. He was clueless and it was the same man who took care of us when we came in.
Chris was awesome about squeezing me in and Mike was an absolutely amazing mechanic.
