If your going to charge $85 to rotate the tires maybe you could clean them rather than leave the dirty finger prints and hand prints on them. Just a suggestion. Other than that all good.

I was expecting to just have my first oil change that was free, and then have my tires rotated. To my surprise, Mark showed me a paper with red ink that he said showed my car was out of alignment and my tires were being damaged! Then, I was told my engine filter needed to be replaced!! My car is 6 months old!! This is my 6th Beetle and these things have not happened before. I have no idea what really needed to be done, but it just felt a little shady as I was one of 2 people there and I cannot make up for all of the lost business from the Coronavirus. So, 300.00 later, I was on my way.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and was told my car would probably be ready around 2pm. I got a text that someone was starting on it at 11am. After 2 I called and was told my car would not be ready until about 4:30. I was told that the mechanic was waiting to find out what he needed to do (isn't that written down somewhere?) as well as a bunch of workers were sent home early because things were slow (maybe someone could have worked on my car?). After speaking with a couple of different Matt's, I received an apology and a free lube/oil/filter. Since my car was not done until after 4 and the dealer shortened it's hours from 7pm to 6pm (with only a couple of hours notice) I did not pick up my car until the following morning. Although I appreciate the apology and discount, I can't say I was completely satisfied with the experience.
