After researching online I choose Fred Beans over other closer dealerships, Fred Beans after all is 45 mine from my home. I came in for 4/5 recalls on my truck. I mentioned a shifting problem with my trans asked for the tech to test drive and see. Was told there would be a multi point inspection done as well. When I picked my truck up no inspection was done although the paperwork said it was. I asked about the trans and the problem and was told that the warranty on the powertrain conveniently expired just before the trans issue started. Lack of I formation lack of service. Not sure why I came to you in the first place, doubt I would recommend you to anyone either

I brought my vehicle in for a factory recall. I don't need your service department taking 3 hours and going over everything in my vehicle to try to sell me more service.

Jesse was clear, direct & realistic. He evaluated the situation, offered a plan , & then followed through exactly as promised. Throughout, he & the tech involved we’re welcoming & friendly, despite the corona virus situation. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Good with communication but when it came to actually billing the warranty they forgot or didn't add parts and said I had to pay for it. I had to call the warranty company and straighten things out. Had to argue about what was covered and what was not. Didn't submit for final payment from the warranty company until the end of the day,knowing everything was completed and was given excuse after excuse.

I haven’t been happy with the service from the very beginning of contact with sales until my visit months ago with parts when I took the car there for 2 separate problems - One of which occurred before I even bought the car. I’m guessing I’m receiving this survey through text message about the last time I was at a dealership but again that was months ago and I have not heard any follow up since. And it’s not like it the dealership is right down the street it’s a 45 minute drive. I don’t need anybody to call to follow up with me about complaints because I had too many things to have something to say about.

Jesse and Ed were great. What was frustrating was the issue that the battery put into my 2015 Outback (on January 17, 2018) 24 days before I purchased the car (February 10, 2018), was not under warranty after it gave up the coast today. It was a Subaru battery with a 36 mo warranty. As I stated, it’s the principal not the less than a third (prorated) credit. So I’ve since called Subaru and received a Goodwill $150 credit towards my next service visit. So I’m certainly satisfied yet I believe Subaru’s policy is wrong. I bought the car with the new battery in it.
