We received the car back and there was a chip in the paint by the handle on the driver door. Our salesman Raheel attempted to buff it out but was unsuccessful. He offered us to return with the vehicle on another day to have it repaired. While everyone has been very nice and accommodating, this is now a 3rd time we need to return to the dealer for this car (1- buying the car 2- bringing it back to have radio fixed and now again to have this paint chip fixed)
Everyone has been very nice and apologetic about it, however it is just inconvenient for us and our family.
This was the first time I used this dealership for service they exceeded my expectations, I will continue to use them thank you.

Chris was very accomodating, but service took almost 2 and half hours for simple oil change, tire rotation. Also have not been informed about the disposition of Reward points on my FordPass account. Points were erased when I was asked to re-download the FordPass app.
Ray is great with customer service and worked with me in a very charismatic and professional manner. You can tell he is driven and really cares about what he is doing at Fred Beans. As long as Ray is there, I’ll bring my truck in for service. I did not bring it in previously because honestly, everyone else who I have ever talked to on the phone made me feel like they were too busy and it was more of a privilege to bring my truck in rather than a business opportunity for them. I really mean that too, I hesitated to even call initially. Ray sold me on your facility and seriously, you’re lucky you have him as an employee there. Give this man a damn raise.
Charles was great. Provided great customer service and made sure the issue with my car was corrected without questions.
My appt was proficiently handled and my car was finished before the promised time.
