Christine Koribanics is simply the best; thoughtful, considerate, pleasant, genuine. And she is completely knowledgeable about her area of responsibility: auto service and maintenance. She has great expertise in customer service. I must commend her on her patience and diligence; in several complicated situations she unwound the knotted problems and accomplished all the work as required. In my estimation Christine earns and deserves the highest marks.
