I like this Dealer, my salesperson Jake always remembers me and asks fir my husband. The only thing I would suggest at this time with Covid is that all employees go around the waiting room area and not walk through it. The men for the most part did walk around but not the women. There is no way to sit in the chairs where one is further away than a couple feet while people are walking right past. Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience with Jesse and the service that was done.
The only thing I might suggest is that after service may be running to a quick outside wash or something it gives a car the look of being at a dealership

Recall service on transmission if 2019 Jetta was not completed correctly on first visit. I have transmission fluid stains on my newly seal coated driveway due to leaking fluid. My daughter also drive to LBI and stained my paved driveway there too. Informed service writer of damage issue and never received call back or resolution for cost and time due to mistake on initial recall service.
Great experience. Will call in October as my Lease comes due.
Christine is great to work with. She is professional, personable and friendly and of course most knowledgeable when it comes to servicing my car. I bought my car 3 years ago and Christine has overseen my vehicle maintenance and done so with a genuine and caring attitude. I enjoy working with her to keep my car running in great condition.
Car was not washed upon return and I thought I was going to be provided a loaner.
