In spite of your invitation to wait while my service was being done, in a safe place, two of your employees (I think they were salesmen) were walking thru the waiting room with NO masks on, endangering your customers. During this pandemic, this is WRONG! And they should be brought to task on it by their boss. I immediately went outside and sat on a curb to wait for my car. The mechanic apologized, but he had on a mask and I was not faulting him. The employee on duty apologized, but neither was he at fault. Please remind your employees that they are risking others loves by their careless, reckless behavior. Julie Aberger 5/12/2020

The ONLY disappointing part of this experience was the fact that there appeared to be communication disconnect between the pre-appt phonecall and the "pay for the service" face-to-face ending. Thought I was having 3 items done: oil change (Check). Tire rotation (Check). Safety recall (Sorry-no parts for that). Had I known that in the INITIAL phonecall, I would have waited until I could do all 3 before driving 1 hr to Fred Beans.
