I scheduled my appointment on line for a tire rotation and balance along with and inspection but somehow the tire rotation did not happen even though I got a confirmation of what I wanted done, so I'm dissatisfied with your service department

The car the not working correct. It’s barley starting. I told them that 10 times. Now I am home and the car barley starts. It was a bad experience overall. The people were nice and all. But nothing I asked for was done. And now I can’t drive anywhere because the car starts sometimes and does not start sometimes
