John was excellent, explained everything up front and had the car repaired same day! I keep telling Mike Sobecki that his survey keeps coming up as vinurl and will not load so I can never comment on the excellent service. You are missing out on excellent reviews

“Needs right tie rod” heard too often at inspection time. Did your guy really say “rod may separate from ball joint”? “Needs alignment” heard too often at inspection...especially when front end alignment done three weeks ago....by Beans Rte 100 N. I used to get clear, sensible, reasonable explanations from your service front guys...definitely miss Bob Lane. My loyalty to Beans was built around his direct honest approach. He would have checked my vehicle record “before” advising on needs.
