I feel that I am known by all of the staff. I am treated with respect and a dash of humor. My service needs are thoroughly explained and options given. I feel that John and Christine are particularly knowledgeable. Michelle at check out is efficient, friendly, and keeps track of my bonus points/promotion opportunities.

Christine never disappoints. She always keeps you updated with the progress of your vehicle and suggests maintenance that would be best for the current time frame. Christine is never pushy, but just gives you all the options and when asked will suggest what she thinks is best. I always go with her ideas and have never been steered wrong or regretted the decision. She will also let you know what special offers are available and always applies all that she can for you. I feel so well taken care of and that my comfort level and concerns are a priority. It's such a secure feeling. I love and appreciate the atmosphere. Thank You

There was confusion with the car rental coverage provided by the warrantee company. Initially only four days were approved. When the repairs could not be completed in four days additional days were approved. The dealership insisted only four days were approved. I Called to confirm 7 days were approved, Intially I was told by the service manager the ‘bill’ was already submitted to the warrantee company for four days and couldn’t be changed. After confirmation was received, the bill was changed and new copies were provided to me. When choosing service providers, a sound integrity is essential.

Will not be back. Service dept always has an excuse to repair or replace parts that do not need repaired. This is the third incident like this. I will be going to LB Smith in the future.
