When I had questions about the additional services the technician had recommended he was able to tell me more about each of the recommendations and the cost. I came in for an oil change initially. He kept me informed of the status of the car and gave me time to think about the recommendations.

Not Vic’s fault but I will yelp ???????? And new ownership ****! I will never go back and will not buy my next (of 3, 28yrs) of Honda’s from Victory owners. When you have a business that has surprise costs and clients who are regulars for service you need to be less ridged. The new ownerships rules of no checks being accepted should be discussed prior to pick up. Also not a good policy to stick to on many discriminatory levels. Back to Serramonte if I buy Honda at all. This review is being cced to Honda USA as well.
