No I was not, due to the condition of the car. Despite it just being detailed, the back seat was dirty. After the vehicle was moved from the dark upper storage level, it was evident that the vehicle had at least two dents, further inspection unveiled a total of three. The sales clerk said that a technician could repair the body damage the following day, then later he told me that it would be at least next week. In addition, hairs were found in the cup holder. When I suggested getting an undamaged vehicle instead, I was told that it would cost additional money. This is not my idea of good customer service.
The machine to do the wheel alignment was broken so I have to return again
I was overall satisfied, but I always get the feeling that I am being taken advantage of because I don’t know much about cars and am being sold on services I don’t need.

I’m wondering why I am now being asked these questions and getting these texts (I’ve been getting service at Honda for awhile!) Is it because I was upset and spoke to a manager? I hope you are asking others to fill this out too.
Ace does a great job. He explained the issues well, provided options, and got my car fixed in the timeframe he quoted. I trust Ace to always recommend what work should be done. I’ll keep coming back to SF Honda.
