Service provided by the front desk representative was great (Michael C) but someone else from the service who drove my car left my driver seat unclean and hit slightly another car (with my bike rack installed on my car)while reversing the car on your parking at FolsomSt.

Greg is the best service guy I have come across at your store. He is always attentive and makes excellent recommendations. I came in with a coupon for an oil change and ended up changing my transmission and break fluid. All good stuff making sure that my car is maintained.
