I was very happy in the beginning of the day with the friendly, quick, and straightforward service. However, I was very frustrated that I was not given an expectation of how long additional service would take: I was asked in the morning when I needed my car back and I said 2:00pm, when i received a call around 12:30pm asking whether I wanted to add a brake fluid flush, I did not ask but i also was not told that it would push the pick-up time to 5:00pm. Ordinarily it would not have been a big deal but we actually needed the car in the afternoon so the 2:00pm time I gave was accurate. Our schedule and needs were significantly negatively impacted and it made me and my family very upset.

Tyrone was helpful and pleasant. However, I had a 10 am appointment for a 10,000 mile service and I didn't get my car back until after 5. I thought that having an appointment at a certain time would mean my car would be worked on promptly.
Tommy was efficient and enthusiastic in helping me with my questions and issues. It was wonderful!
The driver and front passenger seats got dirt after the recall service.
