I was very happy in the beginning of the day with the friendly, quick, and straightforward service. However, I was very frustrated that I was not given an expectation of how long additional service would take: I was asked in the morning when I needed my car back and I said 2:00pm, when i received a call around 12:30pm asking whether I wanted to add a brake fluid flush, I did not ask but i also was not told that it would push the pick-up time to 5:00pm. Ordinarily it would not have been a big deal but we actually needed the car in the afternoon so the 2:00pm time I gave was accurate. Our schedule and needs were significantly negatively impacted and it made me and my family very upset.

I was lucky and so happy that Michael Weaver was my advisor, He concerned about my car CRV so much and helped me so details and I could tell his professionalism of customer service. He answered me any questions by text right away. Anyway he and the technician did such a wonderful job and I am very happy! Honda San Francisco should be proud to have him. Tyrone was helpful and pleasant. However, I had a 10 am appointment for a 10,000 mile service and I didn't get my car back until after 5. I thought that having an appointment at a certain time would mean my car would be worked on promptly.
