I want to thank Tommy he tried his best to help us and he did so to the best of his ability. This is more so on SF Honda as a whole. Your service is awful. I came at 6:54 to drop off my car for a oil change and a battery change. I did not get out of there until 9:30. During that whole process I had a mechanic who told me contradictory items to what I was told previously. SF Honda keeps awful mechanic records, so I spent 20-30 minutes with Tommy telling him what happened. I opened hood and the job looked rushed. I pay a slight premium to get service done at SF Honda hoping for a experience. I can easily save alot of money going to a local experience. I go to SF Honda because I trust you guys to know what you are doing. I will now have to rethink this whole process. Just a FYI I was not the only impatient person there. People who dropped off cars the same time as me were curious why services for an oil change would take 2.5 hours?
Aaron greeted me with a smile and answered my questions concerning the recall of the passenger airbag. He also took care of updating my profile. I felt like Honda appreciated me as a longtime customer. Thank you Aaron for customer care.

The day before bringing my car in for a 'Maintenance Now' signal on my car, I helped my friend Rachael with her car that wouldn't start after a small fender bender. We had her car towed to Honda and met the driver and car there. Upon entering, we walked up to another sales associate who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He abrasively informed is that the car most likely would not be done before monday and had no empathy how it might affect the client who just gone threw an accident, car not starting, and having to have ot towed. And yes, unfortunately it was late on a Friday. He just made an already bad day worse by his lack of proper customer service. Luckily, Aaron already opened up a ticket for my friends car who had called and informed of the car being towed there. Aaron was an angel and totally turned a terrible situation into a great experience. His customer service and work ethic are impeccable. He even squeezed me in to come get my Maintenance Now indicator looked at the very next day. And yet again, it was an amazing experience. So, thank you. Aaron is a great asset to the Honda team. I look forward to taking my business to this Honda Service center for all of my car needs.

It was quick service. The itemized work sheet didn’t say whether the tiers were rotated or not. They were on the estimate as part of requested service.
