This was my 2nd Visit to the Service Shop and like the first no complaints! In Tommys absence Juan took Great Care of me and I was Completely Satisfied with the whole experience!

Couldn't verify the issue i had because the car wasn't making the whistling noise at the time i brought it in and i Couldn't leave it overnight for further inspection. But Thanks for your efforts and the multi point inspection though. Much appreciated

Aaron was very personable and a great communicator. Following a fender bender my car wouldn’t start and was towed to Honda. He immediately recognized it was the battery and had a technician replace it within 20 mins on a very busy Friday evening. He put a brighter tone to my overall pretty crappy car day. Thanks Aaron!!

Nothing to complain about; airbag recall and oil change. Tech noted a couple of (costly) items that will need to be addressed at some point which, in my 17 year old Odyssey, is pretty expected.

I've been going to SF Honda at the Marina for 2 years now and have always been satisfied by Ace's customer service. Efficient, straightforward and polite, I can always trust him to take care of my car.

The recall went smoothly. However, I was told that I needed to change pretty much all fluids because they were dirty. I can agree on the motor oil needing a change. However, I recently bled the breaks, and power steering fluid so I know these fluids pristine. I would have more trust in the service center if services were offered in earnest and with honesty, instead of being a mechanism to bring in revenue.

Everyone was very kind and super helpful. Aaron Wong was very thorough in communicating and explaining to me the maintenance items that would be performed...and recommended further maintenance items that “should” be performed, based on my mileage and age of my vehicle. I know that most places inform you of those things, but I didn’t feel pressured into adding more services to my visit. I saw it as helpful information, for the health of my car...and, I appreciated that. Aaron was super sweet, super patient, super helpful...and, followed through, over and beyond. I was very pleased with my service.
