Juan thoroughly explained everything he was recommending be done on the car and why. The service folks also removed a nail from one of my front tires and patched the tire free of charge, which I really appreciated. I have always received good service at San Francisco Honda.

The service was good but could not understand why my battery keeps running down. I was told I do not drive it enough to keep it charged. This problem has just been happening over this last three or four months. My rep gave me excellent service, but it seems to me that there may be another reason that if the car sits for a couple of days and the battery runs down, there may be another problem. I guess I will wait and see.

The repair lasted a only few minutes and the same problem arose and my car was scratched when one of your mechanics was backing it out of your garage.
