I don't think that I got an excellent experience. This is the second time that I got this advisor Vic Petush and he left me to wait longer than an estimated time he told me. Yesterday, not just to wait longer than I expected but after he dropped the paper at the cashier desk, he didn't follow up or let me know. I was waiting for awhile till I walk to asked to the cashier desk that is my paper and knows it was and my car was ready while my advisor disappeared and say nothing to me. Then 15 minutes later after I left, my low pressures tires signal showed up on my console!!! This is NOT an excellent experience.
Great job! There doesn’t seem to be any more issues with starting the car or with the alarm system at this point. Fingers crossed, replacing the battery solves the problem. Thanks!
Good service. Nice staff.
However, it did take 4 trips back to get problems and services resolved! That’s itself is not convince, I lived in Orinda, ca. I have 2 toddlers, which I needed to bring them with me since no one watch them at home.
Fortunately, I had Bob and Aaron looked over the work..., if anyone else it would be forgotten!
Wonder if I can get complementary oil change for my next due date?! For all the inconvenience trip I made to the shop.
