Pretty much everything about the service of my car was handled wonderfully. The customer service from Juan Martin was terrific and they did a great job of getting the work done earlier than expected. Great work to all involved with my car.
Ace and Lawrence are always terrific. They provide excellent, friendly service and we are always pleased with the work done at Marina Honda in SF.
Aaron was great. Thorough and efficient!
Thanks for turning around the situation with the spare parts.
Thank you, as always, for the professional job!
Thank you so much Tommy for taking great care of my Honda Pilot.
Thank you for your great service, Vic!
Lawrence was very helpful and identified my tire problem. Service was fast and efficient. I trust Lawrence with my car. Thank you.
Greg has always been so helpful, and he always gives us a no-frills update. We appreciate that he gives us reasonable recommendations without any pressure to upgrade service or anything of that matter.
I was very pleased with the service I received and Mr. Juan Martin was very helpful and professional towards me.
Two minor nits.
1) The Tire Pressure monitor system wasn’t reset after the tire rotation and tire replacement, and I had to do it myself. Took me less than a minute myself, so it probably could have been done by a service person even more quickly.
2) The camera on the passenger side mirror wasn’t working and I asked if it could be looked at. I was quoted a price of nearly $200 to run a “diagnostic” on the problem. I passed, but subsequently fixed it myself in about 5 minutes, including research time on a Honda vehicle chatboard.
I do not mind paying for service and everyone deserves to make a living. But that felt icky: a little like a revenue generation ploy (and overcharging for something trivial) rather than a legitimate need. It would have been better for someone to try what I can only assume is a pretty commonly known “fix” by rebooting the system before telling me that to even start looking at it would cost me $200.
That’s it, though.
Great timely service in my time of need.
