I’ve been going to the Honda Service Center since I bought my car in 2001. This past visit was not up to the standard I’m used to.....though everyone was very nice. My original service representative wasn’t present when I picked up my car. I found another representative to answer my questions. If I hadn’t done this I wouldn’t have figured out that some of the planned work wasn’t completed. Fortunately, the second representative resolved the problems. (Tire rotation and wiper blade tasks not completed). My lesson....and yours should be, ‘always have a service representative meet each customer at the time of pick up....don’t just tell them their car is ready for pick up.
Heng is very helpful, expediting the service while I waited and got it done earlier than expected.

This is my 2nd time getting my car serviced at the Folsom street location. I had great customer service the 1st time and this time around. Tommy was friendly & helpful. He said my car will be done in 1 hour to 1 1/2... and he was right. I am very pleased with my experience here.
