I’ve been taking my HRV for almost 4 years to this SF Honda Marina service center and have been very satisfied by the professional and friendly service provided time after time 10 stars always.
After going to local independent shops for a few years, we decided to give official dealer services another try and were absolutely satisfied and found the whole experience to be more convenient than expected.

I arrived at the facility for a oil change at 11:30am and was not finished until 2:30pm. I was told over the phone that the schedule was open today and will be a slow day so why did my service take forever and not once did they fallow up with me. Very disappointed and this never happens at this location!

The engine light is on after approx. 10 mile running. My code scanner showed the code is PO 507 again. The overall performance is worse than before the service. The engine speed is up and down between 1000 and 1200 rpm when it is at park and neutral position. Also, I feel the speed of engine is fluctuated occasionally when I drive
I believe the service is totally failed. I will take my to Honda SF Service again.

I was very happy with the service part.
They went above and beyond what I brought it in for.
However I’ve been experiencing a squeak in my brakes.
We had discussed this and I was told this didn’t necessarily mean I needed a brake job.
The numbers on my brakes after the inspection determined I did need a brake job and one was performed.
After driving off I found the squeak was still present.
Everything else they did was great and in a timely manner.
