Tommy Yung was fine. However, it took over 3 yrs to have a simple oil change and rotation. Unacceptable. You need to be completely transparent regarding timing. Customers don't need to hang around a cold dirty lot for hours!

There should be a few stools or folding chairs kept in the parking lot for old people to sit and wait. I am 85 so one hour standing outside was too much.
