I asked for an Estimate On Replacing a splash shield on my 2016 Honda Civic however I wasn’t giving one. Also the waiting time was way too long. I brought my car in at 12 and it wasn’t ready until almost 5pm.

Chris was awesome. Super helpful in terms of determining what my car needed at the mileage, etc. and promptly contacted me when technicians discovered system failures so that they could be approved and addressed, and still managed to get me out with same day service. Sf Honda @9th ave always takes great care of us. This is the first time I’ve come in since the crisis started, and while safety measures were in place to keep both parties safe, the customer service was exemplary as always.
