My car wasn’t in service today

Gregory Masangkay and the team at SF Honda Folsom Service Center did an excellent job during the repair on my car. He kept me up-to-date during the repair, which had to deal with long delivery times of parts. During the entire process, he kept me informed. Thank you, Greg!
I was cought up by a very unpleasant surprise when the car I purchased from SF Honda just 18 days prior had the engine light turn on multiple occasions, after only 2 days of use. Aaron was good helping and orienting me. But in general I was told I would have to leave my car at the shop for 3/4 days and they would pay for my ride home. Which is helpful, but not nearly as much help as I needed. I had to have a car for work and other very important things. And I really did not expect to have to "argue" about it. So that was a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Lawrence Wong was great! But, I was very dissatisfied with the call service that scheduled my appointment. When I arrived I learned that the service center I had requested (on Lombard in San Francisco) did not know about my appointment AND that there was no place for me to wait while my car was being serviced even though I was assured three times by the call center that there was. Nevertheless, Lawrence Wong graciously made sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner. I give Mr. Wong two thumbs up and the call center two thumbs down.

Erick Borja, the guy who helped us, was awesome! He took care of us, and the same time, made us feel at ease and made us laugh, during time of concern with our low tire pressure. You don’t find too many employees like this. He was a real nice guy!
