My vehicle was serviced well and on time. Plus, I received a free shuttle ride to my job in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks!

Tommy was great. This has nothing to do with him. But the service crew did not adequately test for the issue I reported and I had to come back a second time to get the problem fixed.

I was told this morning that the spark plugs in my Honda Civic should be replaced since it had been too long since they were last changed, so I went ahead with that service. However, looking through my records now I see the spark plugs were last replaced by SF Honda in May 2017, so I’m not sure this service was really necessary after all.

To HONDA Hey Mike. Parked car Was about to leave then I check the Fuel Door Doesn't Lock. Noise is Gone but the Fuel Door Doesn't Lock even when you locked the car doors or when U secure the Car. The Fuel Door doesn't Lock when you secure the Car. Do I have to explain why the Fuel Door should Lock wen you Secure your car. ? I can’t believe why I have to explain but I did anyway. Long story short, I’m Extremely unhappy why they can’t understand why it is a BIG Deal. To a small child you may have to explain why you Lock the door when you leave the House. For Adult , do you have to explain the Importance of Locking the House door ? In this case, it’s the Fuel Door. Do I have to Explain why I came back to the Service Dept. Because the Fuel Door Doesn’t Lock ? And to be challenge that that’s the way it is. I had to convince them that my previous Honda Civic 96 yr. Model ( bought back in 1996 @ Grace Honda San Bruno Now Victory Honda ) And The 2012 yr. Model Honda Civic , bought on April. 2015 @ San Francisco Honda , All have Locking Fuel Door. Then to be challenge by one staff there because I demonstrated right then and there that look at this Honda on the Lot : the Fuel Door Lock. Tired of explaining why it should Lock. They think you’re Dumb to just accept what they tell you and just brush you off. Apparently HONDA is not thinking of Security. Open your eyes, the National Election Voting System can be Hack. Do I have to explain why the Fuel Door Should Lock? If you’re Stupid enough I’ll have to tell you why the Fuel Door should Lock. I can’t believe I’m doing this but you’re staff force me to. Say I don’t like you and I’m a Bad person. What would prevent me from putting Laundry Liquid Detergent Or other Harmful Element on the Fuel Tank that would Damage your Engine. ???? Duh.... you guys can’t Figure that out? I have to support my Reason why ? I have to suggest “ Google it or search it on YouTube of Cars being Hack electronically “. I was Happy before but not anymore. I’m sick and tired of people not understanding and even challenge you when you tell them it Fuel Door should Lock. I had it... I asked for the Alarm Sticker on the Driver side & Front Passenger Window. The sticker that shows the image of the Engine in the Car Locked & and Alarm )))))))) radiating. I even offer to pay for each Sticker. But to no avail. I believe previous owner that had the window tinted & the installer removed the stickers. Now since last night ( Sunday ) the “Low Tire Pressure is ON “. What is going on ? I thought they include the 40 Point Inspection ( or whatever they call it ) that includes Checking Tire Pressure & Filling up Tires with the Right pressure. This was not On when I went to the Service Dept. Friday. It’s either because it’s Friday the 13th or just a Negligence On Service Dept. staff. Not happy at all. My Next car won’t be a Honda.
