Ace was a great person to talk to on the phone. I explained my situation to him and he pinpointed the problem immediately. When I had told him my findings on the the internet about the headlamp recall, he did not try and steer me down another path unlike another dealership did to me. Honda needs more personable and knowledgeable staff like Ace around. Even though I’m a good 30 min drive away from the location, I will now gladly drive my Accord to him for all future maintenance.
