No revised estimate called or texted to me. I had to call and gee mechanic was in middle of repair of broken wire. Told part had to be ordered and ready Sat. Really after making a 8AM apt. Then quote given was $832 + oil change. Oh but nooo! When I show up final bill is over $1000.00. I am a retired service manager in a different industry and what happened to me, a 16 year Honda owner with two vehicles, will never ever happen again. I am done with Honda service. Revised estimates should be all in!!! I would be crediting labor in my old industry if this happened to one of my customers.Shame on Honda! Do not contact me as I am through with you and will take my Honda repair business elsewhere.
I got my car to check the batteries. I was not told details with complete clarity. I came to you guys that my car is not climbing and stops half way. Could you please check the battery. I was charged a fee for inspecting the same and was told that it will be adjusted against the repair. for the battrey of any. I got a call explaining the hybrid battrey is weak and needs replacement and the entire cost will be approx 4500$. I asked if there was any alternate solution I was told no. It's a 2008 model hybrid civic to spend 4500$ did not make sense. So I left without getting it fixed. My car died last week and I got the front battrey checked with another company as I was stranded. The company checked the front battrey and showed it needed a replacement. They replaced the front battrey for approx$201.63 and car is working fine. As I understand that hybrid battrey was losing life but there was a solution and I just felt cheated. I would like a refund for the test carried out for the amount paid. For you guys to make it right. As I always trusted Honda service station from the day of my initial purchase. If this is read by someone who make right decisions then please call me with a solution.****-****-xxxx.
