You said you could not repair my tire that had a nail in it and it would cost $416 for a new one. I went to another Chevy dealer and they recommended a tire store that repaired my tire for $10. You have lost my business.

Travis was professional and did his job, I’m a little upset that I have 36,800 miles on my truck and they won’t replace a window washer motor under warranty? My dad is a GM employee in Michigan I guess that doesn’t help.

Travis took care of the issue. My concern is the person who cut the keys did not try the keys in the car before saying the work was done. I bought 2 keys and both were sticking/binding in the ignition. I took it back and Travis first ran the wire grinder on the keys and they worked fine after he did that. The person who cut the keys should have done the same.

There are so many things broken with you service. First, let the customer know that you are their advocate. The only thing I want to hear "let me see how I can fix this for you" not we can't do that on the weekend. Review your upcoming reservations and if you can't do that on a weekend then call the customer and tell them you need to reschedule, don't wait until the customer is in front of you to tell them you have to reschedule.

I made an appointment for 10 am and arrived early, but didn't get out of the dealership until after 12 pm. This was a simple oil change. The Service Staff has nearly completely changed, which is always a concern, and the person that checked me in couldn't find my free oil change that I had from GMAC. It was quite funny to receive a text saying my car was nearly ready to pick up, when I was already home with my car. I still haven't received the paper work from the oil change, and would like that for my records.

Ive been coming to Jimmie Johnson for over 2 years now for service and by far Katrina always exceeds my expectations. She is always so helpful. She is truest the best
