Whitney and her staff did a phenomenal job replacing one of my roof rails which required removing and reinstalling the headliner. When I received my vehicle back it was as if though the headliner was never removed! I am impressed with the quality of service I have received so far. I have been in a GM product since 2003 and almost switched to a different product when dealing with another Chevy dealership! I was going through a buyback program and went to Jimmie Johnson to view a vehicle and was very impressed with the sales staff knowing my situation and not pressuring me into any vehicle I was not interested in!
