Oil prints on the the door and center console. Technician missed opening for the oil and had oil down the side of the engine

When it was going to take a lot longer than anticipated, she arranged a loaner car right away and made sure it would accommodate my large family (5 kids). I’ve always had very good service at Jimmie Johnson and this time was no exception. I’m very pleased, as usual.

This is the first dealership I’ve ever had my car serviced at that there was no complimentary car wash provided. Even in the past with something as simple as an oil change my car was washed.

The customer service was different between the reps. The last two times I’ve been there I felt like my rep was personable. Even when I dropped my car off this morning I felt was engaged. Can’t say the same for when I picked it up or in the between time of dropping off and picking up.
