Liana was wonderful. I did not like the fact that I spent almost $4000 on service on my Volt and it was not washed clean after having it there for a week and they did not bother charging the car.
My vehicle was not in for service on 30 September. When I tried calling the service department to discuss, I never received an answer. Subsequently sent an email and have not received a response. An now making a note of the same concern here.
It was 10 days before I was ever contacted after dropping my truck off and that was only because I left a voicemail with the supervisor.

I was told that my tires would be rotated also and after,
that they were rotated. I checked and the rear tires are still completely Square with the little knobs on the edges and the front two tires are worn on the edges and rounded I’ll be in ASAP to have them rotated

Lianna was great, she provided great service and took care of what I initially came for as well as additional service that needed to be done. The main issue I had was that upon retrieving my car, after having the oil changed, there was still a notice that read “engine oil needs to be changed soon”, so now I have to drive back up to you all to get that fixed. I was notified that it wouldn’t take long but it’s very inconvenient for me to drive back up to the dealer for an issue so minor that was simply overlooked.

My husband picked up the car and brought it home. I drove it for the first time today Monday besotted 23rd and it still had the same issue as what I brought it in for in the first place. I was told the rattle in the door was because the door wasn’t aligned correctly. It was in the shop for 3 weeks. When I drove it today I was extremely angry when I heard the same rattling noise coming from the drivers door as before. I will be bringing it back in.
