Stood at the service department for 7 minutes waiting for assistance. There were 6 individuals in the department, two on the phone helping customers and two playing on there phones. No acknowledge my presence. Very disappointing considering this dealership prides there self on customer satisfaction. I don’t think so. The service department needs an overhaul fast. I was not the only customer who commented on the poor customer service. I will take my vehicle elsewhere for the next servicing.

Laith is the consummate professional and I always prefer to deal with him when I need service. He always takes his time to check into the service prior to before starting it.
He also consistently remembers that my Vette doors have been modified and ensures the mechanics know.

I came in without an appointment, but I was still taken care of by my service writer, Katrina. She kept me updated throughout the morning on the status of the repairs to my vehicle.
I was advised that service provided would be 1 1/2 hour Long, and it took 3 hours.
Also, I was advised that some recommendations would be provided to me. They were provided with payment receipt, but not explained to me. Some of the previous noted declined recommendations were also not discussed with me.
I completely satisfied with the service today!

This was a basic service for a '17 Volt. The process was painless. Dropped the car off, got a shuttle back to work in no time. Within a few hours, got call from Whitney saying the car is ready for pickup. No issues, no drama, this was probably one of the best dealer service experiences yet! Thanks everyone
Val was wonderful, the outcome was good, service to vehicle was good, service rep. Was adequate with customer service skills. Maybe I'm spoiled by Luis and Katrina but this experience was much different than my customary, and I also witnessed a customer interaction before me I thought was a tad cold maybe. Might be the wrong word but it wasn't what I would have wanted. Don't think I would use then again.
