Laith was professional, timely, and attentive. He made sure I was informed every step of the way, and took time to make sure a quality service job was done. He also went above and beyond to ensure my car was diagnosed properly to get warranty coverage approved in a timely manner. Hopefully I wont need to come back, but if I do, I’ll be sure to come back to Jimmy Johnson Kearny Mesa. Thanks again Laith

Thanks for providing the ability to communicate via text as needed, as well as for the car wash at the end. Car seems to be running again just fine after fuel pump replacement.

I have been a customer for almost a year in your service department, however I have not received any coupons for service. I would think you would want to offer your customers and some incentives to keep them. I would also suggest a 3 package deal for oil changes along with the six. You're a bit high priced for an oil change.

Saw my car pulled up and ready for 20 minutes, then 15 more minutes Liana text after I had said my phone was dead saying more minutes, then when she said my car needed a "coolant exchange "I asked what that is, she didn't explain
